AppShipper Terms of Use
- AppShipper is licensed to you under Apple's standard license for App Store apps. These terms add what is specific to AppShipper.
- AppShipper changes your App Store Connect data only when you confirm. What you publish, and what it costs, is your decision.
- AI translations, AI-drafted replies and price suggestions are help, not guarantees. Check them before you use them.
- Apple bills AppShipper Pro. You can cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
1. These terms
AppShipper is a Mac app made by Pavlo Antoniuk, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). Using AppShipper means you agree to these Terms of Use.
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins.
Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.
2. Not affiliated with Apple
AppShipper is an independent app. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple. App Store, App Store Connect and Apple Intelligence are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Apple is not responsible for AppShipper or for any support or claims about it, except as the Standard EULA says.
3. Your App Store Connect account
- AppShipper works through App Store Connect API keys that you create and add. You are responsible for keeping them safe, for the access their role grants, and for revoking them when you no longer need them.
- AppShipper changes App Store Connect data only when you start an action and, for changes, confirm it. Examples are syncing metadata, uploading screenshots, replying to reviews, creating products or versions, changing prices and releasing a version. You are responsible for checking these changes before you confirm them, and for what they lead to: App Review decisions, prices customers pay, and what is published on the App Store.
- You must follow Apple's Developer Program License Agreement, the App Store Connect API terms and Apple's guidelines when you use AppShipper.
- App Store Connect and its API are run by Apple and can change, slow down or stop working. Some AppShipper features may stop working until we update the app, and we can't promise that we will.
4. AI features
- Translations, caption translations and drafted review replies are generated automatically. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review them before you publish them; AppShipper asks you to.
- If you choose a cloud AI provider, you use it under your own account and API key. That provider's terms, prices and usage limits apply, and you pay any costs it charges.
- You are responsible for having the right to send your content to the provider you choose, including your customers' reviews.
5. Price suggestions
Localized price suggestions are based on public economic indexes. They are informational only and are not financial, tax or legal advice. You decide which prices to set.
6. AppShipper Free and AppShipper Pro
- Free includes every feature for one app and one App Store Connect account.
- Pro includes all your apps and accounts. It is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account's subscription settings.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
- Apple handles all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- A lifetime purchase gives you Pro for as long as AppShipper is offered and works on your Mac. It doesn't promise that the app will be developed or supported forever.
- We may change which features are in Free or Pro, or change prices for new purchases. A price change for an existing subscription follows Apple's rules, including asking for your consent where Apple requires it.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use AppShipper to break the law or anyone's rights, or to get around the limits of AppShipper Free. Don't use it to access App Store Connect accounts you aren't allowed to use. Don't reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.
8. Your content
Your metadata, screenshots, replies and other content are yours. We don't receive them; they stay on your Mac and go only to the services you use them with. You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to it.
9. Sample data
“Explore Sample Data” shows fictional apps, reviews, people and figures. They only demonstrate the app. Any resemblance to real apps or people is a coincidence.
10. Updates and availability
We may update, change or stop offering AppShipper or any of its features. Some changes may come with an update that you need to install.
11. No warranty
To the extent the law allows, AppShipper is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. We don't promise that any result you get with it, such as an App Review outcome, a ranking or revenue, will happen. Section 7 of the Standard EULA also applies.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, rejected submissions and pricing mistakes that come from using AppShipper.
Our total liability for any claim about AppShipper is limited to the amount you paid for AppShipper Pro in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
13. Ending
You can stop using AppShipper at any time by deleting it. Cancel any subscription separately in your Apple Account settings. These terms end automatically if you break them.
The sections on your content, no warranty, limitation of liability and governing law continue after that.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law that governs the Standard EULA, unless the law of the country where you live requires otherwise.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using AppShipper after a change, you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, stop using the app.
