HabitsFlow Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 22, 2026 App: HabitsFlow (iPhone, iPad & Mac)
In short
  • HabitsFlow is licensed to you under Apple's standard license for App Store apps. These terms add what is specific to HabitsFlow.
  • HabitsFlow helps you build routines. It isn't medical advice, and reminders can arrive late or not at all, so don't rely on it for anything critical.
  • You can start for free. Premium is a monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple.
  • Your habits are yours. They stay on your devices and in your own iCloud.

1. These terms

HabitsFlow is a habit tracker and focus timer made by Pavlo Antoniuk, an independent developer (“we”, “us”). Using HabitsFlow means you agree to these Terms of Use.

The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add to the Standard EULA. If the two conflict, the Standard EULA wins.

Our Privacy Policy explains how data is handled.

2. Not affiliated with Apple

HabitsFlow is an independent app. It is not made, sponsored or endorsed by Apple. Apple is not responsible for HabitsFlow or for any support or claims about it, except as the Standard EULA says.

3. What HabitsFlow is, and isn't

  • HabitsFlow is a personal tool for tracking habits and focusing on tasks. It isn't medical, health, psychological or professional advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you start habits that affect your health, such as diets, exercise or medication.
  • Reminders, focus timer alerts and Live Activities depend on your device. Focus modes, Low Power Mode, notification settings, a restarted device or the system itself can delay or stop them. Don't rely on HabitsFlow for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as taking medicine.
  • Statistics are calculated from what you record. They are only as accurate as your check-ins.

4. Free and Premium

  • You can use HabitsFlow for free. HabitsFlow Premium unlocks full access. It is sold as a monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel them in your Apple Account's subscription settings.
  • If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
  • To restore a purchase on a new device, tap Restore on the Premium screen while signed in with the Apple Account you used to buy it.
  • Apple handles all payments and refunds. To ask for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  • A lifetime purchase gives you Premium for as long as HabitsFlow is offered and works on your device. It doesn't promise that the app will be developed or supported forever.
  • We may change which features are free or in Premium, or change prices for new purchases. A price change for an existing subscription follows Apple's rules, including asking for your consent where Apple requires it.

5. iCloud sync and your data

  • Syncing between devices uses Apple's iCloud and needs you to be signed in to iCloud with enough free storage. iCloud is run by Apple and can be slow, unavailable or out of sync for a while.
  • We never hold a copy of your data, so we can't restore it for you. Deleting a habit deletes it on all your synced devices.
  • Keep your device and iCloud backups turned on if your history matters to you.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use HabitsFlow to break the law or anyone's rights, or to get around how Premium is unlocked. Don't reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it.

7. Your content

Your habits, notes, tasks and history are yours. We don't receive them; they stay on your devices and in your iCloud.

8. Updates and availability

We may update, change or stop offering HabitsFlow or any of its features. Some changes may come with an update that you need to install. New versions may need a newer version of iOS, iPadOS or macOS.

9. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, HabitsFlow is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We don't promise that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, that reminders will always arrive on time, or that your data will never be lost. Section 7 of the Standard EULA also applies.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. This includes lost data and the results of missed reminders.

Our total liability for any claim about HabitsFlow is limited to the amount you paid for HabitsFlow Premium in the 12 months before the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

11. Ending

You can stop using HabitsFlow at any time by deleting it. Cancel any subscription separately in your Apple Account settings. These terms end automatically if you break them.

The sections on your content, no warranty, limitation of liability and governing law continue after that.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law that governs the Standard EULA, unless the law of the country where you live requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll post the new version here with a new date. If you keep using HabitsFlow after a change, you accept the updated terms. If you don't agree, stop using the app.
